Adriano Zumbo at The Star is our new exciting concept store which comprises a Patisserie and a Dessert train. The decor showcases Adriano's philosophy about food, it should be fun, textural, appealing to the eye and above all else taste great.

Stop and chat with the Chefs on the Dessert train or watch them making the thousands of Zumbarons we churn out each week.

Opened in April 2007 this blink and you’ll miss it treasure trove is nestled in between a bottle shop and a pharmacy in the heart of Balmain’s Darling Street. The contemporary French inspired patisserie showcases some of the most luscious, inventive cakes this side of the equator.

The reconditioned space is a new home to our fantastic range of inventive cakes, macarons, tartes and pastries. Our range of breads and sourdough loaves are also carried here, along with quiches & fruit danishs ... click here to view the full menu.

The café is fitted out with 9 bar stools. It is a small but cosy environment which at times can get quite busy. We are open 7 days a week with weekends being the most popular time to visit.
